Richard (Rich) M. Sherman passed away peacefully at his Washoe Valley, NV home on February 4, 2022, surrounded by his family.
Mourning his loss is his wife Denise Sherman, daughters Carrie, Theresa, Rhianna, Kimber, and Kristina.
Grandchildren Aly, Katie, Johnny Wolfe, Samantha, Zoe, Paisley, Braxton, and Mikayla.
Also mourning his loss are sons-in-law, brothers, cousins, nephews, nieces, and numerous other friends and family members.
Rich was born in Lovelock, Nevada on February 26, 1958, and grew to be a man that was well-loved, liked, and respected. He always strove to live his life with love, kindness, faith, compassion, generosity, integrity, and positivity.
Except for his years in the Navy, Rich lived his life in the Northern Nevada region. He graduated from Pershing High School in Lovelock, Nevada, and then went into the U.S. Navy where he learned to be an electrician. After leaving the Navy, he worked as a mine electrician spending many years at the Coeur-Rochester Mine, and then moved on to be a maintenance electrician with ConAgra Foods.
Rich is preceded in death by his mother Mary Margaret, father Bill, and sister Lorraine.
He will be deeply missed, forever loved by many.
