In the case of Jeremy Baugh Jr., charged with 1. Battery, 2. Tampering with a motor vehicle: victim stated in court that she did not wish to proceed with charges as the issue was resolved in a civil matter. DA Mike Macdonald motioned to dismiss citation, the court accepted.

In the case of Kiersten Monique Martz, charged with 1. Failure to yield at intersection: pleaded guilty and was fined $115 to be paid immediately.

In the case of Angel Hernandez Jr., charged with 1. Domestic battery first offense: pursuant to negotiation the DA Mike Macdonald amended the charge and defendant pleaded no contest; fined $1,140 suspended for two years on condition of no new like violations.
