The Scotch Doubles tournament was held Saturday, Dec. 3, at Spare Time Bowl.
Twenty-eight youth and adult bowlers participates. The bowlers bowled a total of three games, with the you throwing the first ball and the adult picking up the rest of the pins.
There were three different divisions: Division I — 8 and under; Division II —9 -to-11-years old and Division III — 12-to-18-years-old.
Trophies were awarded to the top three finishers in each division.
Division I: 1. Henry and Melanie Bame (357); 2. Alana and Rebekah Koson (267); 3. Jaxson and Dan Mathiasson (259).
Division II: 1. Gabe Ruvalcaba and John Strickland (664); 2. Nathaniel Parks and David Bozzie (464); 3. Antonio and Rebecca Azurmendi (441).
Division III: Michael Duncan and Orlando Spencer (837); 2. Vyctorya and Rick Ponce (632); 3. Logan Scogin and John Ross (539).
If you have a child who is interested in how to bowl, come to the bowling alley on Tuesdays at 3:30 p.m. There are three terrific coaches, who will help/teach bowling techniques.
The cost is $8 one game, $10 for two games and $12 for three games.
This includes shoes. It is a sanctioned league and there is a one-tine fee of $10 for the USBC card.
