Union Township Justice Court
On Aug. 4, Terrell Grant Callao-George was sentenced for violation of a temporary or extended protective order. The court ruled: fined $1,000 + $140AA, defendant given credit for time served totaling $900, the remaining $240 is suspended for a period of two years on the condition that defendant complies with his payment plan on associated case. In a separate case Terrell Grant Callao-George was sentenced for violation of temporary or extended restraining order issued pursuant to the provision of NRS 33.017 ET.SEQ. The court ruled: fined $1,000 + $140AA, defendant given credit for time served totaling $450, the remaining $690 to be paid in monthly installments.
On Aug. 4, Marlon Herrera was found guilty of basic speed 21-30 MPH over limit. The court ruled: fined $270 + $105AA.
On Aug. 9, the citation against Alexandra Buga for basic speed 31-40 MPH over limit was amended to 1-10 MPH over limit with the same fine amount of $465, count 2- driving without valid license was dismissed based upon proof provided of valid license.
On Aug. 9, the citation against Parminder Singh for no seat belt was dismissed by D.A. in the interest of justice.
