The Great Basin Sun reports all incidents about which the law-enforcement agencies release information. Information will not be withheld at the requests of persons whose names appear in the blotter or elsewhere in the newspaper that are released by law enforcement agencies. Persons arrested or cited are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
On July 25, HCSO booked Riley Marie Reynolds, 20, for home invasion, possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of one ounce or less of marijuana. Bail $26,380.
On July 25, HCSO booked Everett Randall Lee Upshaw, 24, for home invasion, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail $30,640.
On July 28, HCSO booked Jordan Paul Jeppsen, 29, for driving under the influence of alcohol, basic speed 11-15 MPH over the posted limit and driving on the right half of the roadway required. Bail $1,395.
On July 29, HCSO booked Vidal Cisneros Jr., 59, for convicted felon in possession of a firearm, failure to register as a convicted felon and discharge of firearm near a residential area. Bail $21,280.
On Aug. 2, HCSO booked Skylyr James Bleck, 30, for operating a vehicle with suspended registration and driving with revoked driver’s license. Bail $550.
