Battle Mountain Elementary School would like to welcome all incoming kindergarten students to kindergarten roundup on Monday, Aug. 15 through Thursday, Aug. 18. Incoming kindergarten students should be five years of age on or before Wednesday, Aug. 24.
Students should be dropped off at 8 a.m. daily on the kindergarten playground, located on the east side of the school building. Students will be picked up in the same location as drop-off at 11:45 a.m. BMES will provide snacks for students during round-up.
Visitors will not be allowed during round-up, but families should plan to attend kindergarten information night at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18 to learn more about transitioning into kindergarten and volunteer opportunities during the school year.
