Lacey Stern passed away on July 20, 2022. She was born on March 4, 1992 in Sacramento, California.
She grew up in Winnemucca, Nevada, where she attended school and graduated from Lowry High School.
She went on to cosmetology school in Reno, Nevada.
Her passion was cutting hair, she worked at Le French Twist doing what she loved for many years, creating bonds with coworkers and clients alike.
She loved the outdoors, especially fishing, she was learning how to fly fish.
Lacey is survived by her parents, Linda Stern and Wayne Sprague.
Siblings, Nicole Diaz, Willie (Yvonne) Brown, Patricia (Chuck) Hays, and brother-in-law, Jose Sammarripa.
Her nieces and nephews, Ezara, Xavier, Ava, Hadrian, Arwen, William, Tony, Baylee, and Austyn.
She is also survived by her ex-husband, Steve Hess and her step-children, Cove, Cambria and Cruz as well as her aunts, Reba, Louise, Patty and Lisa.
A viewing was held on July 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Sonoma Funeral Home, 47 W. First St. Winnemucca, Nevada. A Celebration of Life was held on July 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the West Hall of the Winnemucca Convention Center in Winnemucca, Nevada.
