On Nov. 21, 2021, Jamie Faye Rose pleaded guilty to the amended charge of reckless driving the original charge was driving under the influence second offense. The court ruled: Fine $750 + $140AA, defendant was given credit of $450 for three days jail time served leaving the balance to be converted to 44 hours of community service. On April 7, 2022 due to the defendants compliance with all court orders the case was closed.
On Nov. 27, 2021, Jennifer Lopez was charged with windshield or window tinting violation and license plates improperly displayed. Due to deferred prosecution the defendant agreed to fix the tint in her windows by the time of the review hearing. The charge of license plates improperly displayed was dismissed. On April 12, due to compliance the citation was dismissed and the case closed.
On March 29, the charge against Joseph Cole Flanders of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed without prejudice. Additionally on the same day, the charge of battery committed by a prisoner against Flanders was dismissed without prejudice.
On March 30, Agatha Sandoval Arellano pleaded no contest to petit larceny. The court ruled: Fine $1,000 + $140AA, fines and fees suspended for a period of two years on the condition that there are no like violation. The county received a letter from Walmart stating the defendant is to remain out of all Walmart locations for a period of two years – the court honored the letter. No restitution is ordered.
On March 31, the charge against Brandon L. Anderson of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed due to negotiation and an amended criminal complaint on the associated case.
On April 1, Kenneth Warren Dean Wilcox originally charged with battery with the intent to commit sexual assault and false imprisonment pleaded no contest to the amended charge of battery. The court ruled: Fine $1,000 + $140AA.
On April 1, Nicholaus Cody Prock Lykins pleaded guilty to center turn lane violation and no contest to the amended charge of driving with revoked license. The court ruled: count 1 fine $50 + $65AA, count 2 fine $25 + $50AA. Defendant was given credit for time served for both counts. Additionally that same day, the charges of no proof of insurance, expiration and renewal of registration and driving suspended/revoked were dismissed due to compliance and the case has been closed.
On April 1, the charge against Rupinder Kaur of no passing zine was amended and the fine reduced due to negotiation. Defendant has 30 days to pay in full.
On April 1, the charge against Marisa Alexis Dougherty for display fictitious, cancelled, revoked, suspended/altered vehicle registration, license plate/title certificate was dismissed due to compliance.
On April 1, the charge against Steven Victor Pelletier of basic speed 1-10 over limit was amended to rural speed with the fine amount to remain the same. Defendant has 30 days to pay in full.
On April 11, Larry Douglas Hough II pleaded guilty to harassment. The court ruled: Fine $1,000 + $140AA, fines and fees suspended for a period of 1 year with the condition of no like violations.
On April 11, Paul Reynosa pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. The court ruled: Fine $500 + $140AA with credit given for one day time served.
On April 11, Christopher Engelhart pleaded guilty to failure to register or update information by convicted person. The court ruled: Fine $500 + $140AA with credit given for one day time served.
On April 12, pursuant to negotiation the fines for charge against Zachary Crozier of basic speeding violation – 21-30 MPH over posted limit was reduced to $205.
