August 25
Brandon James Long was ordered to pay a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 DUI fee and serve 30 days in jail with credit for six days time served and the remaining time suspended on the condition he complete a victim impact panel and DUI school after pleading guilty to driving under the influence first offense, amended from an original second offense charge.
Misdemeanor charges of open container and headlamps were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
August 26
Ryan Anthony Perez pleaded guilty to misdemeanor no license in possession, amended from an original driving while license is canceled/suspended/revoked.
The court ordered a $25 fine + $50 administrative assessment. Misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence second offense and color of certain lamps/lights/reflections were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as the allegations could not be proven without a reasonable doubt. The defendant was given credit for one day time served.

A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery first offense against Rachelle Lee Richardson was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the allegation could not be proven without a reasonable doubt.
August 30
Brett Richard Siler pleaded no contest to misdemeanor drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from felony possession of a controlled substance. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $250 public defender fee with credit given for six days time served.
August 31
A misdemeanor charge of battery against Erin David Murphy was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement in open court.
Kyle Allen Kuhn pleaded guilty to count one: misdemeanor battery and count two: misdemeanor trespass, amended from original charges of felony invasion of the home and two counts of felony robbery.
The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count one and a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count two, with $2,000 of the fines suspended for six months on the condition that the defendant has no like violations of the law.
September 2
Katy Janelle Ross pleaded no contest to misdemeanor dog at large and permit a dog to chase/worry/injure or kill animal and possession of paraphernalia.
On the misdemeanor dog at large, the court ordered a $10 fine + $50 administrative assessment. On misdemeanor permit dog to chase/worry/injure or kill an animal, the court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment.
On misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, the court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment. Two counts of dog at large were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to negotiations.
September 7
A misdemeanor charge of evade/elude/fail to stop against Albert Su was dismissed pursuant to negotiations, a misdemeanor charge of basic speed 11-20 over was amended to rural speed and $285 ordered to be paid within 60 days.
A misdemeanor basic speed 31-40 over limit against Roman Cherepanov was amended to reflect rural speed and original citation amount ordered to be paid in 60 days.
A misdemeanor basic speed 11-20 against Zvi Ionis was amended to reflect rural speed and the original citation amount ordered to be paid within 60 days.
A misdemeanor basic speed 21-30 over against Nikolaos Georgakopoulos was amended to NRS 484B.617 rural speed and the original citation amount was ordered to be paid within 60 days.
A misdemeanor basic speed 11-20 over limit against Noah Zachary Maier was amended to NRS 484B.617 rural speed with the original citation amount ordered to be paid within 60 days.
Walter Xavier Magana pleaded guilty to misdemeanor count one: driving under the influence first offense, count two: duty upon damaging unattended vehicle or property and count three: rural speed, amended from an original 11-20 over limit speeding charge.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for one year on the condition two days are served with credit given for one day time served and the remaining one day converted to 48 hours of house arrest.

On count two the court ordered a $50 fine + $50 administrative assessment. On count three the court ordered a $60 fine + $70 administrative assessment.
Kriston Joseph Carter previously pleaded guilty to misdemeanor violation of a temporary or extended restraining order issued pursuant to the provision of NRS 33.017, the court ordered a $355 fine, converted to five days jail and credit for time served.
On a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge guilty plea, the court ordered a $500 fine converted to six days jail time and credit for time served.
