Oct. 6
George Totherrow pleaded guilty to misdemeanor domestic battery second offense. The court ordered a $200 fine + $105 administrative assessment + $35 special assessment fee + 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for two years with two days to be served and credit given for one day time served + completion of 48 hours batterers intervention counseling. An order to surrender firearms was read and signed.
Misdemeanor charges of driving while license is cancelled/suspended/revoked and stop lamps required against Michael Gordon Stalder were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the defendant previously provided proof of a valid license and that tail lamps were repaired.
A misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid license against Mason Duncan was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor battery charge against Amanda Ann Thompson was amended to reflect disorderly conduct with a $355 fine.

A misdemeanor domestic battery charge against Jaimee Lyn Breidenthal was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as they could not prove the allegations without a reasonable doubt.
