September 23

Christopher James Booker pleaded guilty to misdemeanor no valid license in possession, amended from an original misdemeanor non-resident driving privilege suspended. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment. Booker pleaded guilty to misdemeanor stop/stand/park, amended from an original rural speed charge. The court ordered a $50 fine + $25 administrative assessment. A misdemeanor charge of operate vehicle without/tamper with breath interlock device was dismissed pursuant to plea negotiations.



Kimberline Jean Garcia pleaded guilty to count one: misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense and count two: misdemeanor speeding. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for one year with two days credit for time served. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. A victim impact panel and DUI school were ordered to be completed and a breath interlock device ordered for 185 days with credit for 96 days with the interlock device. Fines on count two were suspended for one year on the condition there are no like violations of the law. Misdemeanor charges of no proof of insurance and registration certificate not in vehicle were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. 



September 28

Brent Alton Crutcher pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of count one: driving under the influence with one prior conviction within the last seven years, count two: stop/stand/park prohibited in specific places and count three: operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled/suspended/revoked. The court ordered 60 days jail with 50 days stayed for one year on the condition 10 days are served, with four days credit for time served and the remaining six days to be served by March 28, 2022. The court ordered a $750 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + DUI school and victim impact panel to be completed and a breath interlock device ordered for 185 days. On count two the court ordered a $25 fine + $50 administrative assessment. On count three the court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment with $430 of fines and fees suspended for six months on the condition jail time, victim impact panel and DUI school are completed.



September 30

A misdemeanor domestic battery first offense charge against Everett Randal Lee Upshaw was dismissed with prejudice on a motion by the DA’s office who could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.



A misdemeanor domestic battery first offense charge against Chaz Helton was dismissed with prejudice on a motion by the DA’s office who could not prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt. 



Misdemeanor charges of failure to operate a motor vehicle with required lighted lamps, operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled/suspended/revoked and stop required upon signal of peace officer were dismissed with prejudice on a motion by the DA’s office. 



October 5

Dillon Hewitt pleaded no contest to misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140.
