The Battle Mountain High School girls soccer team traveled to Lovelock on Tuesday, Sept. 28, to take on league rival Pershing County.
The Mustangs grabbed a 4-1 lead in the first half and went on to win the match 9-1, as the Lady Longhorns dropped to 0-4 on the season. Battle Mountain traveled to Yerington on Saturday and results were not available at press time.
Battle Mountain travels to White Pine on Friday and hosts West Wendover on Saturday at 11:45 a.m.
