A misdemeanor battery second offense charge against John Anthony Ritter was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as they could not prove the case without a reasonable doubt.
The court vacated the no contact order, the motion to dismiss was granted with prejudice and jury trial to be vacated.
A misdemeanor battery charge against Juan Miguel Mojica was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as a one-time dismissal in open court.
Juan Miguel Mojica pleaded no contest to misdemeanor drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from a felony possession of a controlled substance charge.
The court ordered a $460 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $250 public defender fee with credit given for one day time served.
Andrew Michael Thorne II pleaded guilty to misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property, amended from an original felony invasion of the home charge.
The court ordered credit for time served and the victim did not request restitution in the case.

Juan Miguel Mojica pleaded no contest to misdemeanor injury to other property. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with fine and fees suspended on the condition the defendant pay $900 restitution to Domino’s Pizza.
Ratu P. Draunidalo pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense and driving on the right half of the highway required.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for one year on the condition two day are served with credit for two days time served + a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee and a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed + breath interlock device ordered for 365 but waived due to undue hardship.

A misdemeanor charge of following too closely against Ilkhom Tillyaev was dismissed by the DA’s office.

A misdemeanor charge of petit larceny against Conan J. Carroll Jr. was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
A misdemeanor battery charge against Damon Lange was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a deferred prosecution agreement.
Nov. 10
Misdemeanor charges of basic speed, operating unregistered vehicle and no proof of insurance were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor basic speed 21-30 over limit charge against Brodie Aaron Yost was amended to reflect a charge of rural speed with a total $400 fine.
A misdemeanor charge of basic speed 21-30 over limit charge against Krishan Prakish was amended to rural speed with a total $150 fine.
