Benjamin Walter Smith II, died in the hospital May 9, 2021 at the age of 78.
Ben was born on May 5, 1943 at McMinneville, OR.
Ben spent most of his early years in Wyoming with work ranging from construction, auctioneer, mining, machinist and landlord.
He later settled down in Battle Mtn, NV., where he made a business renting mobile homes while working for mines in the area.
Ben enjoyed flying, hunting, camping, telling stories and collecting many things.
He leaves behind sons, Ralph wesley (D), Christopher William, Benjamin Walter (Butch) (D),Daughters Nikki Lou, Rebecca Smith, Granddaughter Payton Smith. Also considered family son John Elder, Grandchildren Heather, Cindy, Jordan. Christian and Jamie Elder.
Celebration of life will be held at Battle Mtn Civic center June 3, noon-3.
He will be buried July 10 at the family cemetery in Wyo.
