Sebastian Guy Underwood II pleaded guilty to misdemeanor pedestrian on highway while intoxicated. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment with credit given for time served.
April 22
Geoffrey Mitchell Montano pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery, amended from an original felony battery with a deadly weapon charge. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment.
April 26
Geoffrey Mitchell Montano pleaded no contest to misdemeanor domestic battery twitch one prior conviction within the last seven years. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment + 30 days in jail with 20 days stayed for one year with credit for five days time served given and the remaining five days converted to 10 days house arrest + 52 sessions of batters intervention counseling. Montano was admonished that pursuant to NRS 176.337 possession, shipment, transportation or receipt of a firearm or ammunition may constitute a felony.
