Alusine Jalloh pleaded guilty to misdemeanor stop/stand/park, amended from an original misdemeanor 1-10 over-limit charge. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment.
Alexis Alcaraz pleaded guilty to misdemeanor child restraint violation first offense. The court ordered three days with credit given for three days time served.
March 23
Aaron Daniel Cardal pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment.
A misdemeanor charge of driving on a suspended/revoked driver’s license against Colton M. Lara was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of basic speed 11-20 over the limit against Lara was amended to reflect a parking violation.
Charles Allen Passmore pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of two years with two days credit for time served given. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee with $150 credit given for one day jail time served.
The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed.
Misdemeanor charges of basic speed and open container were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
