Paul Richard Provencio pleaded no contest to misdemeanor count one: driving while license is canceled/suspended/revoked (DUI related) and count two: operating a vehicle without an interlock device. On count one the court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment, with $640 suspended for one year on the condition there are no like violations by the defendant + complete and pay for 60 days of home confinement with proof of completion to the court.
On count two the court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment + 60 days home confinement, with both sentences ordered to run concurrently.
A misdemeanor charge of basic speed against Wyatt Cope was amended to reflect parking violation.

A misdemeanor charge of basic speed 21-30 over against Michael Francis Shepard was amended to reflect stop/stand/park with the fines and fees to remain the same.
A misdemeanor charge of basic speed 11-20 over against Diedrea Ann Osgood was amended to reflect stop/stand/park with the fine to remain the same. A misdemeanor charge of registration certificate must be in vehicle was dismissed.
A misdemeanor charge of basic speed 11-20 over limit against Ingrid Carmen Lekven was amended to reflect stop/stand/park with the fines to remain the same.
Misdemeanor charges of no passing zone and evade/elude/fail to stop on the signal of a police officer were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Pablo Angel Lopez pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with credit for 8 hours time served given and the remaining 40 hours converted to 40 hours community services or 80 hours house arrest. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + victim impact panel + DUI school + breath interlock device for 185 days.
On count two, misdemeanor stopping, standing or parking prohibited in specific cases, the court ordered a $50 fine + $65 administrative assessment.
