A motion and order to dismiss was filed on three felony possession of controlled substance charges against Cameron Lee Carrica.
A misdemeanor charge of petit larceny against George Allen Smith was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
A gross misdemeanor charge of battery upon a peace officer against Jeramiah Jon Turner was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
Wayne Luke Taylor pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from felony possession of a controlled substance. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit given for one day time served.
March 1
A motion and order to dismiss was filed on two misdemeanor charges of violation of a temporary or extended restraining order against Scott Delong.
In a case with misdemeanor charges of driving in excess of posted speed zone 1-10 over limit, minor in possession or consumption of alcohol and reckless/drag racing against Mya Marie Thompson, the defendant requested to forfeit her cash bail and close the cases.
March 2
Richard David Morgenstern pleaded guilty to a parking violation in absentia, amended from an original misdemeanor due care charge. The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment.
A misdemeanor charge of fail to drive on the right half of roadway against Joseph Felix Norero, the DA’s office dismissed the violation on the citation pursuant to terms of a deferred prosecution agreement.
A misdemeanor charge of no passing zones against Thomas Ulrich was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Misdemeanor charges of needless and unlawful waste of game and fish using invalid wildlife license against John Vedis were dismissed on a motion and order to dismiss.
Thomas John Acker pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor parking violation in absentia, amended from an original misdemeanor basic speed 11-20 over the limit. The court ordered a $150 fine + $95 administrative assessment.
