The Winnemucca Little League 10-12 year-old, All-Star team will travel to Elko for the District 3 Tournament.
Action gets under way on Saturday with four games.
In the top half of the bracket, the Elko Grey opens play with Ruby Mountain at 8 a.m. Silverada takes on Battle Mountain at 10 a.m.
The two winners of those games play on Sunday at 3 p.m.
The losers of those games move to the loser’s bracket and play Sunday at 8 a.m.
In the bottom half of the bracket, Walker River plays the Elko Maroon at 5 p.m. Winnemucca and White Pine play the final game on Saturday at 7 p.m.
If Winnemucca wins they would play the winner of Elko Maroon and Walker River at 5 p.m. on Sunday.
A loss drops Winnemucca to the 10 a.m. game on Sunday against the loser of Elko Maroon and Walker River.
The championship game is set for Thursday, July 8 at 5:30 p.m. if a second championship game is needed, it would be played at 7:30 p.m. on July 8.
The Winnemucca 10-12 year-old roster includes: manager:Christopher Entwistle and coach Robert Owen.
Players include: William Bell, Isaiah Chavez, Dyson Curry, Urijah Davis, Caedon Entwistle, Aiden Guzman, Alessandro Huerta, Peerce Kemp, Straton Owen, Tyler Sanders and Odyn Santos.
