Lauren Neilsen transitioned from cadet to second lieutenant at the Air Force Academy. She graduated on May 26 with a BS Degree in behavioral science with a minor in German. She will be attending graduate school this fall at the University of Notre Dame.
Lauren is the daughter of Jeff and Marnie (Messmer) Nielsen. She is also the granddaughter of Tim and Donna Messmer.
