Ellen Aker shot a low-net score of 72 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Pro’s Posse tournament held Tuesday, June 8, at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Vicki Celio and Lynda Walton tied for second in the first flight at 73.
Bryn Echeverria and Laurie Pickett were low net in the second flight with scores of 75 and Marlea Pointer was third at 76. Maria Bengochea was low net in the third flight at 34.
Picket had the fewest puts with 25 and she also had a chip-in Gail Piquet was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 52 feet, 3 inches and Susan Quilici was closest on No. 5 at 6-11.
