Alexander Marcos Padilla was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. The defendant was present in court with his court appointed public defender. Pursuant to the terms of the plea agreement the DA made a motion to dismiss the case. The court granted the DA’s motion and the case was dismissed.
Alexander Marcos Padilla was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The defendant entered a no contest plea. The court ruled as follows: fine $500+$140 AA for a total of $640. The defendant was given credit for time served.
