Susan passed away at her home after a lengthy illness. She was our beloved daughter, sister, auntie, friend and teacher to many.
Susan had a Bachelors degree in psychology and 2 Masters in education.
She had been working with special needs children of all ages at the Stead Elementary school for over 10 years.
She loved her kids as well as the close knit family of coworkers she had there.
She will be greatly missed by us all!
Susan loved fishing, camping, concerts and karaoke.
Good times we’re had by many! She leaves behind her brother Rodger Nicolls (Nadene) sisters Brenda Fury (Thom) Tanjia Smith (Jimmy) and Sylvia Espinoza and father Russell Nicolls (Charlotte).
We are having a graveside memorial at the Big Meadow Cemetery on June 19 at 11:30 am and then a gathering of friends at the strip park right after.
