The Lander County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests for the period of June 25th – July 1st
On June 25th – Francis Willard Barnstabel was arrested as a fugitive from justice in another state.
On June 25th – Dillon Casey Peterson checked in serving time on a court sentence.
On June 27th – Brandon Lee Annis was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic citation.
On June 29th – Yvonne Gonzales was arrested for: 1) Possession of schedule I/II, II c/s LT 14 grams, (1st) offense), 2) Possession of a dangerous drug without legal prescription, 3) Use or possession of drug paraphernalia, 4) Possession of a hypodermic device.
On June 29th – Michael James Lafranchise was arrested for: 1) Possession of schedule I/II, II c/s LT 14 grams, (1st) offense), 2) Possession of a dangerous drug without legal prescription, 3) Use or possession of drug paraphernalia, 4) Possession of a hypodermic device.
On June 29th – William Clinton Oxley was arrested on two counts of failure to appear after bail, (felony crime).
On July 1 – Tina Marie Davis was arrested or domestic battery, first offense – Simple.
On July 1 – Brandon Anthony Dow was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
