Melissa Murphy shot a low-net score of 72 to win the first flight of the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club Nassau (net only) tournament held Tuesday, July 6, at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Vicki Celio was low net on the first nine in the first flight at 35 and Terri Kracaw was low net on the second nine, also at 35. Laurie Pickett was low net in the second flight with a round of 73 and Marlea Pointer (34.) was low net on the first nine. Maria Bengochea (37) was low net on the second nine.
In the third flight, who played nine holes, Leslie Enochson was low net at 42.
Kracaw had the fewest putts with 29 and there were no chip-ins. Lori Warnert was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 65 feet, 5 inches and Bengochea was closest to the hole on No. 5 at 22-7.
