Cal Peters shot a round of 89 to win the 2021 Doug Maddux Memorial junior golf tournament held Wednesday, July 7, at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
Katie Cassinelli topped the girls side in the 14–17-year-old division with a round of 100.
Bailey Hayes and Presley Hayes tied for second, each shooting 117.
Lacy Fentress was first in the girls 11–14-year-old division at 78 and Hadlee Corbitt won the girls 10 and under division with a score of 48.
Maddux Nichols was the top golfer in the boys 11–13-year-old division, shooting 35.
Conner Neal was second at 52 and Maddux Hislop (53) and Jayden Robertson (72) were third and fourth, respectively.
Kea Cabatbat won the boys 10 and under division with a score of 56.
Dusty Vigil was second at 59 and Casen Balaam (63), Txendoa Cabatbat (67) and Raylan Neal (69) rounded out the top five.
Owen Korinek (72), McKray Kranovich (81) and Eli Jakich (86) completed the scores.
