January 7
A felony possession of a controlled substance charge against Jennifer Lynn Ross was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to plea negotiation terms.
Jennifer Lynn Ross pleaded no contest to misdemeanor drawing a deadly weapon in a threatening manner. The court ordered two days credit for time served.
A misdemeanor charge of basic speed 11-20 over the limit against Manjeet Singh Uppal was amended to reflect basic speed 1-10 by the da’s office with fines and fees to remain the same.
January 11
Kody Thomas Schoorl pleaded no contest to misdemeanor drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce and set up a payment plan of $100 per month.
January 12
A misdemeanor charge of fail to use due care against Judith Marie Nelson was amended to reflect maintain travel lane with fines and fees to remain the same.
Matthew John Cannon Jr. pleaded guilty to misdemeanor basic speed 11-20 over. The court ordered a $150 fine + $95 administrative assessment. A misdemeanor driving with license suspended charge was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to terms of the agreement.
Michael Allan Marsh pleaded no contest to misdemeanor reckless driving. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment. A misdemeanor driving in excess of posted speed 11-20 over the limit was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to terms of the agreement.
Paul Douglas Proulx pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving without a valid driver’s license. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment. A misdemeanor charge of owner - proof of insurance required was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to negotiation terms.
Misdemeanor charges of driving suspended/revoked and no proof of insurance against Travis Andrews were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to agreement terms.
