Rafael Gonzalez pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drugs not to be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from an original felony possession of a controlled substance charge.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with one day credit for time served given and the remaining 29 days suspended for 30 days on the condition the defendant has no like violations of the law.
