On November 4, 2021 Kathy joined the “love of her life” Richard.
Kathy passed away in Laughlin Nevada at the age of 75 due to complications from Alzheimer’s.
Kathy was born in Turlock CA to Edgar and Charlene McGar. Kathy moved to Sparks Nevada where she worked for The Gold Club, the King of Clubs, Boomtown and met the “Love of her Life” Richard Plummer.
Richard and Kathy were married and moved to Winnemucca where she worked for the Star,Winners and the Model T.
She enjoyed hunting and fishing and travelling with Richard.
Kathy was preceded in death by her husband Richard, her parents ED and Charlene McGar, Brother
P.F.C. Brian Kent McGar; step son Robert Plummer.
Kathy is survived by her sister Kerry Gwin, her daughter Cindy Haygood, Granddaughter Rochelle and Great Granddaughters Nya, and Lili, and Great Grand Son Remington.
