TALLAHASSEE, FLA. – Nevada freshman Tierney Wolfgram completed her season at the 6K at the NCAA Cross Country National Championships.
Wolfgram finished in 20:35.6, 117th out 255 athletes and the highest placement at nationals in Wolf Pack history.
Wolfgram finished second at the Mountain Regional in Provo with her time of 20:20.4, becoming just the second Pack athlete in history to qualify for nationals.
The first was Abby McAlister in 2003.
Dates announced for Coach Alford show
Join Nevada men’s basketball at Bully’s at 1640 Robb Drive in Reno beginning Dec. 1 for the Coach Alford Basketball Show presented by Dolan Lexus.
The season will feature 14 hour-long shows, extending into March ahead of the Wolf Pack heading to Las Vegas for the 2022 Mountain West Championship. Each show will begin at 6 p.m.
The Feb. 2 show will not be held live at Bully’s, due to the Wolf Pack being on the road on that date. That show will be broadcast remotely.
The show also will be broadcast live on ESPN 94.5 FM with Voice of the Wolf Pack, John Ramey, hosting.
