The Battle Mountain/Needles Calif. football game set for last Saturday was canceled due to Covid issues with the Needles squad.
Battle Mountain, who won its opening game of the season 41-12, over Lincoln County will host White Pine on Friday at 7 p.m.
The Battle Mountain JV football team was at home this past Friday and played the Elko freshmen.
The Longhorn JV travels to Reno this weekend to play Coral Academy.
