Sadly, our family lost a beautiful soul on August 9, 2021 when Amy Elisa Molina passed away at the age of 42 at her home in Lovelock, Nevada from health complications.
Amy was born in Benson, Arizona on July 10, 1979 to parents Krystal Van Arsdale and Freddy Molina.
Amy was a precious gift to the family with a sassy personality and infectious smile. Amy and her family moved to Nevada in 1980 where she remained until her passing.
Amy was a lover of life and sought spirituality through music and art. She played the bass guitar like her Tata Poncho and had a flare for fashion and tattoos. Amy had a quick and witty sense of humor and enjoyed being with her friends and family.
Most of all, Amy loved her spending time with her children and grandchildren. They made her heart sing.
Amy is survived by her parents; Krystal Owens (Doug), Freddy Molina (Leslie); siblings; Marcus Molina (Hannah), Gabriel Molina; children; Jesse Dorame (Jade), Mary Jane Happy (David), Edward Happy Jr.; grandchildren: Nakaela Mosier, Bodi Mosier, Emmett; grandparents; Adelina Witte (Larry), Frank Molina (Maria); aunts; Lori Van Arsdale, Valerie Lovett, Melanie Molina (Cissy); and numerous cousins. She is preceeded in death by her grandparents Ralph and Joan Van Arsdale,
Uncles Earl and Russ Van Arsdale, Lyle Meggerson, and Michael Molina.
Services for Amy Molina were scheduled for August 14, 2021 from 10:00 – 11:00 at Smith’s Family Funeral Home in Fallon, NV.
A celebration of life will be held on September 4, 2021 at the American Legion in Hawthorne, NV, time TBA.
An additional celebration of life for Amy will be held in Arizona in late October for her family located there, the date and time will be announced at a later date.
