Last week, the Lowry High School girls basketball team held three specialized camps for grades 1-7. The Little Buckaroo camp was designed to teach the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, defense, rebounding and game play. The post and guard camps had players separated to learn 1-on-1 moves specific to their positions. First-year Lowry girls coach Jesse Zamudio and JV coach Maite Hernandez ran the camp long with current Lowry girls basketball players.
