Pershing County added goals in the 44th and 55th minutes to go in front 3-0.

Battle Mountain got on the board in the 65th on a goal by one of its seniors. Buller, who played goalie for the first half and part of the second half, moved to the regular field of play and found the net in the 65th minute.

Battle Mountain kept the offensive pressure going after that, which included a shot off the bar. Pershing County stretched the lead to 4-1 in the 79th minute.
