Wendy Gay Browning passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at her home in Winnemucca, Nevada.
Wendy was born December 9, 1959 in Emporia, Kansas.
Her school years were spent in Pocatello, Idaho, graduating from Pocatello High School in 1978 and attending Idaho State University.
She married and spent several years in Soda Springs, Idaho. She and her family moved to Winnemucca, Nevada where she later divorced, but chose to continue to make her home as her sons and friends were there.
Her inner strength was evident as we watched her battle cancer, RA, and Lupus.
She is survived by her two sons and grandchildren, her mother, a sister, and two brothers, as well as many nieces and nephews.
A special thank you to Thea of Guiding Light Hospice, one who has gone beyond her duties as caretaker of Wendy these past two years.
She was loved by many and will be missed.
A family memorial will be held later this summer at the family’s beach house on the Oregon Coast.
