Edwin Jose Garcia pleaded no contest to count one: misdemeanor possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce and count two: possession of drug paraphernalia.
The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count one and on count two a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment with four days given credit for time served.
Anthony Magana pleaded no contest to misdemeanor injuring or tampering with a vehicle.
The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with $640 suspended for two years on the condition there are no like violations by the defendant.
A misdemeanor charge of use of fictitious plates against Hector Cervantes was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the defendant provided valid plates.
Clint S. Patterson pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with credit for 12 hours time served and the remaining 36 hours converted to 72 hours of house arrest.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee with a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and a vehicle breath interlock device installed for 185 days with credit for 155 days.
A misdemeanor charge of obedience to devices for control of traffic was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
A misdemeanor charge of trespass against Gabriel Jurado was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office.

A misdemeanor charge of failure to immediately report a traffic accident against Chelsea Murrah was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as it appeared that both vehicles involved in the incident belonged to the defendant and there was no accident to report.
A misdemeanor charge of unsafe lane change against Peter Julio Tormes Jr. was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.

Ashley Nicole Gonzalez pleaded guilty to misdemeanor fail to drive within marked lanes. The court ordered a $50 fine + $65 administrative assessment.
A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery second offense against Rodney Wayne Armstrong was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court due to witness issues as the case cannot be proven without a reasonable doubt.
iajanay Christine York pl$52.79 in restitution + $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with fines and fees suspended for two years on the condition the defendant has no like violations of the law.
