Kobe Edgardo Cortez-Jimenez was ordered to pay $50 per month on a misdemeanor charge of aggressive driving.
Misdemeanor charges of evade/elude/fail to stop on the signal of police, stop sign violation, basic speed 31-40 over limit and fail to obey a traffic control device were dismissed on a motion by the DAs’ office.
Tyler Todd Neu was ordered to pay a fine for misdemeanor fireworks and misdemeanor charges of minor in consumption/possession of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Cole Jeffrey Jones was ordered to pay a fine for misdemeanor fireworks and misdemeanor charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and minor in consumption/possession of alcohol were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Ratu Penilatidavetal Draunidaldo was ordered to pay $195 on misdemeanor fireworks. Misdemeanor charges of minor in consumption/possession of alcohol and contributing to the delinquency of a minor were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.

Jaime Cain Moreno pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days. Fifteen hours credit for time served was given and the remaining 33 hours were converted to 66 hours of house arrest. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee
A victim impact panel and DUI school were ordered to be completed and a breath interlock device was waived due to financial hardship.
Pursuant to plea negotiations misdemeanor charges of driver’s duty of care - vehicles/bicycles/electric bicycles/pedestrians and driving in excess of posted speed were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Maury Claiborne Newton III pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for one year on the condition he serves two days with credit for 12 hours time served given and the remaining 36 hours converted to 72 hours of house arrest or 36 hours community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee, a victim impact panel and DUI school were ordered and a breath interlock device ordered for 185 days.
Chris Allen Davis pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving, amended from original charges of misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense and fail to drive within marked lanes. The court ordered a $750 fine + $140 administrative assessment with one day credit for time served given.

A misdemeanor drive with a suspended driver’s license charge against Aaron Wade Crutcher was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Stefanie Lee Edwards was charged $75 in fines and fees (converted to eight hours of community service) on a misdemeanor charge of no license in possession, amended from an original charge of driving with a suspended/revoked license.
A misdemeanor charge of proof of insurance was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
