Sept. 11
Michael Louis Battistoni pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with one day credit for time served and the remaining 24 hours converted to 48 hours of house arrest with a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee and a victim impact panel and DUI school were ordered to be completed. A misdemeanor charge of basic speed was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.

A misdemeanor charge of fishing without a fishing license against Emiliano Mendoza was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Misdemeanor charges of fail to drive within marked lanes and no driver’s license in possession against Nickoli Edward Klemish were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of fish using in valid wildlife license against Douglas King was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
