A misdemeanor resisting a police officer charge against Nathion Robert Lewis was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea agreement terms.
A misdemeanor resisting a public officer charge against Richard Skylar Common was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea agreement terms.
November 16
Melinda Ann Roysdon pleaded guilty to misdemeanor embezzlement. The court ordered $7,880.98 in restitution + $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with fines and fees suspended for one year on the condition the restitution is paid in full and there are no new like violations of the law.
November 17
Misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving in excess of posted speed zone against James Wayne Uffman were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the defendant entered a plea in district court on his felony case that is associated.
Alex David Olsen pleaded guilty to misdemeanor basic speed 31-40 miles per hour over. The court ordered a $340 fine + $115 administrative assessment. A misdemeanor failure to stop or yield when entering a marked intersection charge was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
Marnie Kathleen Brewer pleaded no contest to misdemeanor assault. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with $640 suspended for one year on the condition that there are no like violations by the defendant.
