Nov. 3
Arturo Manuel Valdez pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drug not to be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from an original felony possession of a controlled substance charge. The court ordered a $1000 fine + $140 administrative assessment and six months in jail, suspended for one year on the conditions the defendant has no like violations of the law.
Nov. 4
Ashley Frances Andrews pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment and ordered to either pay $50 per month or five hours of community service each month.
A misdemeanor driving with license suspended against Dale Lee Traylor was amended to no license in possession with a $75 fine. Misdemeanor charges of failure to report an accident to the police, fail to drive within marked lanes and operate an unregistered vehicle/trailer were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Misdemeanor charges of no proof of insurance and failure to stop or yield against Erica Holland were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. In a separate case, the DA’s office dismissed a misdemeanor open container charge against Holland.
A misdemeanor suspended license plate charge against Erica Jean Holland was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office and Holland was ordered to make $50 monthly payments on a misdemeanor fail to yield of right of way charge.
Richard Skylar Common pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with $640 of the fines suspended on the condition the defendant has no like violations of the law with five days credit time served applied to the remaining balance.
Nov. 5
Anthony John Harris pleaded no contest to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days, credit was given for 24 hours time served and the remaining 24 hours converted to 48 hours house arrest. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee with a victim impact panel and DUI school ordered to be completed. A misdemeanor charge of speed was dismissed on the record.
Javier Horvath pleaded guilty to amended misdemeanor charges of count one: possession of drug paraphernalia and count two: possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce. The court ordered 60 days for count one and 60 days for count two for 120 total days in the detention center with 31 days credit for time served given.
Two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance against Javier Horvath were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.

Nicholas Ryan Warner pleaded guilty to misdemeanor resisting a public officer and requested to make monthly payments of $100 per month on the case.
Nov. 10
A misdemeanor charge of unsafe backing of a vehicle against Charles David Lewis was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Misdemeanor charges of destruction or damage of property by unlawful assembly and resist/obstruct/delay a police officer against Wyatt Mikelson were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to deferred prosecution agreement terms.
A misdemeanor suspended license plates charge against Jazmin Lopez-Trujillo was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to deferred prosecution agreement terms.
