On June 3, 2020, Nicholaus Cody Prock-Lykins pleaded guilty to misdemeanor theft. The court ordered five days jail with credit for five days time served and $400 in restitution ordered. As of a November 3 review hearing the restitution has been paid in full.
A misdemeanor driving without a valid license charge against James R. Fuller was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Aram Barrios-Hernandez pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days in jail with 28 days stayed, for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with credit for 10 hours time served and the remaining 38 hours converted to 76 hours of house arrest.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee with a victim impact panel and DUI school ordered and a breath interlock device to be installed for 185 days.
Misdemeanor charges of disobedience of traffic-control device and fail to drive within marked lanes were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.

Misdemeanor charges of suspended/revoked plate and no proof of current insurance against Donald Hausauer were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of failing to use due care against Christopher Leon Handz was amended to reflect rural speed with the fines to remain the same.
Ned Thurman Northrup pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with the fines and fees suspended for one year on the condition the defendant have no like violations of the law.
