Jorgen William Goodman pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count one: unlawful trespass upon land and count two: injury to or destruction of property.
The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment on count one and a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count two, with fines and fees suspended on the condition the defendant pay $973.41 in restitution.
A misdemeanor charge of public intoxication was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations in open court.
March 12
A misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license against Charlie Lynn Sheppard was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Julie Manus pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of count one: failure to dim lights and count two: open container in vehicle.
The court ordered a $50 fine + $65 administrative assessment on count one and a $150 fine + $95 administrative assessment on count two. The court imposed a $60 witness fee.
March 17
Shaley Nicole Gonzalez pleaded no contest to misdemeanor petit larceny.
The court ordered $110.95 restitution + $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit given for one day time served and $440 suspended on the condition she pay all restitution.

A felony charge of possession of a controlled substance against Nikki-John Cadavez Deleon was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations in open court.
Nikki-John Cadavez Deleon pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a drug which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, amended from an original misdemeanor charge of unlawful trespass upon land. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with 17 days credit for time served given.
