Jeremy Eric Garay pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with credit given for one day time served and the remaining day to either be served or converted to 24 hours community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. A victim impact panel and DUI school were ordered to be completed and a vehicle breath interlock device ordered to be installed for a period of 185 days.
