Anthony Gould Johnson pleaded no contest to misdemeanor driving under the influence.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for one year on the condition he serves two days with one day credit for time served and the remaining 24 hours converted to community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. A victim impact panel and DUI school were ordered to be completed. A misdemeanor charge of speed was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
Gustavo Rocky Hanks pleaded guilty to misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment, with $640 of the fines suspended on the condition the defendant has no like violations of the law.
A misdemeanor affray charge against Christopher A. Kemp was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the defendant is currently in the salvation army and previously served six days in the Humboldt County Detention Center. The time served was determined to ultimately cover any fines and fees that would have been ordered on the case.

Autumn Hayne pleaded guilty to misdemeanor reckless driving, amended from an original charge of driving under the influence first offense. Misdemeanor charges of basic speed 1 – 10 over and failure to maintain lane were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office. According to the court memo, the charge was amended as the DUI could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition she serves two days with credit given for two days time served. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed.
