Winnemucca Regional Raceway held its opening races of the year on May 30-31 with over 100 cars in attendance over the weekend. Drivers form a number of states made the trip to Winnemucca, one of the few tracks that started racing again due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Racing returns on Friday with the Ty Scott Memorial Race, beginning at 7 p.m.
