A misdemeanor charge of driver failure to obey red traffic light against David Michael Leahy was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office for a one-time dismissal in open court. 



A misdemeanor fail to obey a traffic control device charge against Makayla Lynn Mecham was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court on a one-time dismissal. 



A misdemeanor avoiding red traffic signal charge against Glenda Sandoval was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court on a one-time dismissal. 



Darren Michael Conklin pleaded guilty to misdemeanor failure to immediately report a traffic accident. The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment. 



July 14

Fernando Daniel Angeles pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with 10 hours credit for time served given and remaining 38 hours converted to 76 hours house arrest. The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee. A DUI school and victim impact panel were ordered and a breath interlock vehicle device was ordered for 12 months. Pursuant to plea negotiations, the DA’s office dismissed a misdemeanor stopping/standing or parking vehicle charge. 



The DA’s office amended fines and fees on a misdemeanor basic speed - too fast for conditions citation against Britney Nichole Hutchings to $115. 



Robert Michael Castillo pleaded guilty to misdemeanor basic speed - too fast for conditions. The court ordered a $100 fine + $95 administrative assessment. 



Jace Hinds pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit for eight days time served. 



July 16

Josiah Samuel Kincaid pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery, amended from an original charge of domestic battery first offense and resisting a public officer. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment.
