A misdemeanor charge of battery against Scott Eugene Ridens was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court due to witness issues.
Jan. 17
Kenneth Stanley Perry was found guilty of driving in excess of posted speed zone 11-20 over limit. The court ordered a $190 fine + $95 administrative assessment.
A misdemeanor charge of driving while license is cancelled/revoked/suspended for violation of NRS 484C.110 was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.

Nickolas Lee Camacho pleaded guilty to misdemeanor resisting a public officer. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit given for 16 days time served.
A misdemeanor charge of resisting a public officer against Nickolas Lee Camacho was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as a one-time dismissal.
Veronica Alcaraz pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment.
A misdemeanor charge of breach of peace against Bill Lee McCraney was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office as a one-time dismissal.

The court ordered Travis Klyn to credit for four days time served for misdemeanor theft per recommendation of the DA’s office.
Kavanaugh Walter Kane pleaded guilty to misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property.
The court ordered credit for 12 hours time served and the defendant was ordered to pay $189.82 restitution. Misdemeanor charges of minor in consumption of alcoholic beverage and public intoxication were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
