Troy Michael Jock pleaded no contest to count one: misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while driver’s license is canceled/suspended/revoked and count two: misdemeanor resisting a public officer.
The court ordered a $250 fine + $105 administrative assessment on count one and a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment on count two with a $100 late fee and $100 warrant fee and 22 days credit for time served was given across both cases with identical charges.

Angel Hernandez Jr. pleaded no contest to four counts of misdemeanor obscene, threatening or annoying phone calls.
The court ordered 180 days in jail with 170 days stayed on the conditions the defendant serve 10 days in two-day increments every weekend for five consecutive weeks following court hearing, have no contact with the victim, stay at least 100 yards away from the victim’s home and no third party contact between the parties. Hernandez was ordered to comply with all requirements of the drug court program
Angel Hernandez Jr. pleaded guilty to misdemeanor injury to or destruction of property.
The court ordered 40 days in jail with 40 days stayed on the condition he have no contact with the victim, stay at least 100 yards away from victim’s home, no third party contact between parties and comply with all requirements of the drug court program.
The 40 days were ordered to run consecutive to the defendant’s other case.
A felony charge of violation of a temporary or extended restraining order for stalking/harassment against Angel Hernandez Jr. was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations in open court.
Brandon Leonard Anderson pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny, amended from an original charge of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with eight days credit for time served.
Felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and ex-felon in possession of a firearm were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court pursuant to plea negotiations.
Daniel Louis Smith pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving without a valid license.
The court ordered 180 days in jail with 21 days credit for time served and the remaining 159 days to be served immediately following the hearing.

A misdemeanor charge of battery against Scott Eugene Ridens was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court due to witness issues.
January 17
Kenneth Stanley Perry was found guilty of driving in excess of posted speed zone 11-20 over limit. The court ordered a $190 fine + $95 administrative assessment. A misdemeanor charge of driving while license is cancelled/revoked/suspended for violation of NRS 484C.110 was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court.
