A misdemeanor charge of battery against Trisha Dawn Floyd was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court due to witness issues.
Nichole Danielle Cook pleaded guilty to misdemeanor petit larceny. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $10.65 restitution with credit for time served of 15 days toward fines and fees.
