Joel Adam Marcelja pleaded no contest to misdemeanor duty upon damage unattended vehicle or other property.
The court ordered a $500 fine + $140 administrative assessment + $1,888 in restitution. Misdemeanor charges of immediate notice to police officer of accident involving unattended vehicle or other property and driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.

Bryan Edward Smith pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of battery, amended from two counts of gross misdemeanor child abuse, neglect or endangerment.
The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit given for 24 days time served.
Jared Theodore Carrica pleaded no contest to driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition he serves two days with credit given for two days time served.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee with credit given for one day time served. A DUI school and victim impact panel were ordered to be completed online and a breath interlock device for 185 days.
A misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while license is cancelled/suspended/revoked was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.

Susan Lee Hudson pleaded no contest to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense.
The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition she serves two days with credit for 13 hours time served and the remaining 33 hours converted to community service.
The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee and converted fines and fees to 59 hours community service. Victim impact panel and DUI school were ordered to be completed online and a breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days.
Misdemeanor charges of vehicle entering intersection marked stop or yield and headlamps were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
